Thank you for using our services. By accessing or using Trilux Creative's website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our services.

1. Overview

Trilux Creative ("we," "our," or "us") specializes in video production, content creation, and digital marketing services. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, engaging media solutions tailored to your brand’s needs.

2. Services

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Full-service video production

  • Content strategy and development

  • Post-production, including editing, visual effects, and color grading

  • Distribution and marketing consultation

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any major changes.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure a smooth and successful collaboration, you, the client, agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed for project completion.

  • Respond to requests for feedback within the agreed timeframes.

  • Secure all necessary permissions, rights, or licenses for the content provided to us for production.

4. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment

  • A detailed invoice will be provided for all projects, outlining scope, timelines, and payment schedule.

  • A deposit is required to initiate any project. Final payment is due upon project completion or as otherwise outlined in your service agreement.

  • All payments must be made in U.S. dollars, and late payments may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced. If a project is canceled by the client, Trilux Creative may retain a portion of the payment to cover any expenses or time spent up to that point.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership

All deliverables remain the property of Trilux Creative until full payment is received. Once payment is completed, ownership of the final product transfers to the client. However, Trilux Creative reserves the right to use any completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media.

Usage Rights

Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Any additional usage, such as repurposing for other projects, may require additional fees.

6. Revisions and Feedback

We offer a set number of revision rounds, typically specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Confidentiality

Trilux Creative agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose or share any proprietary methods or practices used by Trilux Creative.

8. Liability

Limitation of Liability

Trilux Creative shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Warranties and Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding the success of any marketing campaign, distribution strategy, or content visibility. Results vary based on various factors, including market conditions and audience behavior.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all work completed up to the point of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.

11. Amendments

Trilux Creative reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
